Please read these terms carefully before using the FindoHome Platform.

Platform Nature

FindoHome is a real estate marketplace that enables Builders, Property owners, Agents, Brokers, PG operators, Buyers, and tenants to connect and interact.

FindoHome does not own, sell, lease, or control any property listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated. We act solely as a technology intermediary.

User Eligibility

To use our services, you must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Use the Platform in strict compliance with all applicable Indian laws

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false or misleading information.

Listing Responsibilities

All property listers (builders, agents, owners, PG operators) agree that:

  • Listings must be genuine, legally valid, and available
  • Information must be accurate and not misleading to the consumer
  • You possess the legal right or authorization to advertise the property
  • You will update the status immediately if the property is sold or rented

Inventory Verification

To maintain marketplace trust, FindoHome periodically contacts listers to confirm status. Failure to respond or confirm validity may result in:

  • Temporary account suspension
  • Immediate listing removal from search results
  • Account restriction or permanent blocking

Payments & Boosting

FindoHome offers paid visibility services (“Boosting”). Payments for these services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

We are not liable for failures originating from third-party payment gateways. All payments must be lawful and are subject to applicable taxes (GST).

Limitation of Liability

Users are solely responsible for conducting independent verification before entering into any transaction. FindoHome shall not be liable for:

  • Financial loss or fraud by third parties
  • Disputes arising between buyers and sellers
  • The physical condition or legal status of the property
  • Accuracy of any data provided by users on the platform

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.
